DESCRIPTION:Description: Want more of the Carson? Come join us on a four-day backpacking project on NMVFO’s adopted trail\, Middle Fork 24 on the Camino Real Ranger District. Our adopted section takes us along the Rio Santa Barbara from the campground. We’ll remove downed trees and brush back encroaching vegetation. We will camp at various locations depending upon the availability of water and the amount of work we can accomplish. While the project starts on Thursday\, you are welcome to join us on Friday or Saturday and spend as much time working with us as you can. \nLocation: We will leave our cars in a parking area just outside the Santa Barbara Campground [Google Map] \nPlease sign up below by August 4. \nDifficulty:  \nGroup Size: Up to 15 \nPlease read our Volunteer Guidelines before signing up for this project.\nOn the signup form please leave the "Number of Volunteers" at 1.
